  I’m not one who likes to leave bad reviews, especially since I worked in the fast food service industry for a number of years and understand how difficult and hard it can be, but after a long hard day of work I swung through the drive thru to pick up some dinner to take home to my wife and newborn, it was at 7:30pm on Saturday July 18th, I ordered $27.22 worth of food; I ordered a Pepsi zero, 2 oatmeal raisin cookies, a footlong Ham & Turkey Stacker, & a footlong pizza sub…I get home, to find the ham & turkey stacker sub had stuff added to it I didn’t ask for (no big deal, stuff happens) then to open the pizza sub which should pretty simple had a ton of stuff on it and ruined…mistakes happen, we are all human, so I attempted to call the store…with no answer…I called multiple times over the course of an hour and a half, no answer, no nothing…my mother happened to be in the town of Decatur, and I asked her to stop in rather then leave my wife and newborn after just getting home, my mother tried to explain the situation to the young lady, who was rude and adamant that the phones hadn’t rang and basically insisted that my mother was just trying to get a free sub. I have been to this location multiple times, and have only had minor issues from time to time, but I will not be returning my business, nor recommending any of my friends and family to return their business to this location. I have defended this location time after time to those I know who have had multiple bad experiences. Absolutely ridiculous. 0 stars
