  The last 3 visits with this location have been horrible. They forgot to put meat on the sub the first time, so it was just bread and cheese! Second and third visits the sandwich’s were all made wrong. Looked like pure slop and the young boy working there really needs to find another job because the food industry is not his skill. Will not be returning and do not recommend wasting your time and money here!

  Excellent experience at Subway in Dandridge. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, the staff was professional and courteous, and the service was fast. My order was prepared accurately, and the team provided great customer service throughout my visit. A great place to stop for a fresh meal and friendly service. Highly recommended.

  Garrett is the goat. He has the best service Ive ever seen at a subway. Quite marvelous!! I lowkey hated my sandwich though. Maybe I'll make a new one next time😭✌️✌️

  Do not go here,guy was smoking and tried to make my food without washing hands,then got butthurt when I asked him to wash his hands before making my food.Also way overpriced.

  Nasty location. Kids of employee running in back area with no shoes and touching every. Two employees in back fussing. Four people waiting and two of us not helped yet. 10 mins no one came up front. Finally an off the clock person who was nice came up but had short shorts and tank top on and washed hands about 3 seconds. We said sorry changed our mind and left. Food bar needed cleaned, chips was a mess and cookie trays were dirty. Needs a serious cleaning and to get associate in line with customer service and standards.
