  The girl who works there was rude and said they don't have flat rate boxes but it says online that they do. Update.. The owner isn't bright either.... "UPS flat-rate shipping, officially called UPS® Simple Rate, allows you to pay a set price based on box volume and delivery speed, regardless of weight (up to 50 lbs). Unlike USPS or FedEx, UPS does not require you to use specific branded boxes; you can use your own packaging.UPS Simple" Find a different location. These people are clowns.

  It is always a great experience at my local UPS store. They have done a ton of printing for Ales & Tails Dog Park which always turns out beautiful and professional. They are always willing to work with me on my projects, and they always turn out beautiful. Matt, Emily, Katilyn and Nikki are a great team and I am so grateful for their expertise and great customer service! The pictures are a couple of flyers and then Singo cards that they printed, cut, and laminated, they do excellent work don’t hesitate to use them!
