  Would highly recommend The UPS Store and Kaitlin Kinnaird for your private or company’s printing needs. She was able to assist us in copying and binding 400+ page training seminar manuals on a rush basis. She was professional, friendly and helpful and the end product was perfect and received with time to spare!!

  The UPS Store on 541 S. Willow is an Amazing store! The staff are friendly and Lightning FAST. THERE IS virtually no wait. I arrived with an irregular label - a glitch in the software... Jazmine & Lia were on it! They worked hard to solve rhe dilemma; I was impressed with their knowledge and problem solving tools. I had been to 2 other businesses without remedy. These women worked together and solved my issue in record time. There is plenty of parking and several pay stations to keep the lines flowing. Perfect place to drop your packages on lunch break. 3 restaurants in the same strip mall.. Honey Ham, Greek, Sushi... so perfect!

  I went to the Store today, i was a little irritated from my day since i’ve been driving around trying to return my amazon package, i was having a bit of trouble trying to find where to return and such but a nice lady by the name Lia i believe helped me and reassured that my package will be taken care of and sent back. Quick and flawless, great costumer service i can tell you. We went over it a few times and the patience she had with me was much appreciated. Will be coming back if any issues occur or packages that need to be taken care of !! :)
