  Miércoles 6 de agosto 8:00 pm tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida, este señor que estaba atendiendo muy racista, nos corrió de el negocio y nosotros teníamos mucha hambre y decidimos no irnos, le dijimos que queríamos comprar cuando estaba preparando la comida, no usaba guantes y dijo que si no nos gustaba que nos fuéramos estaba súper enojado me gustaría que la compañía de Subway tome cartas en el asunto con este tipo de personas en sus negocios es insoportable cada vez que nos preguntaba algo nos gritaba y fue humillante para nosotros. Un señor mayor que yo pensé que nos iba a atender muy amablemente éramos cinco personas y decidimos retirarnos, no se los recomiendo nunca más volveremos allí

  I went to place my order for two protein pockets. The store was filthy. There were ingredients mixed in with other ingredients, dirty pans, laying everywhere. The man taking my order hygiene was terrible and he picked gloves up and put on that was laying on dirty trays when I placed my order for the protein pockets. I asked him if I could have the chicken warmed because at other subways they usually warm it without me having to ask he said they don’t usually come warm and it would make the bread crispy (usually the chicken is warmed before putting it on the wrap) when he went to make it he did not ask me what I wanted on the protein pockets. He just started making it with the ingredients listed on the menu however, at other locations, they usually ask me which ingredients I want on it when it comes to the vegetables but limit it to 2 vegetables, he told me that I could not have it how I asked for it and it comes exactly as listed on the menu however I am highly allergic to tomatoes and I told him that usually whenever I go to Subway, they allow me to choose my ingredients and he said well you can’t get it your way here and was extremely rude about it. I declined the order at this point. It was an older bigger white man wearing pink shorts and a dark colored shorts.

  Old man disrespect me and say i cant be talking on the phone while i order i understand that! i was on a busy call but all i have tell him was that he did not have to talk to me like that the first time thing came out his mouth was get out of. My store after he gave me my food i was mad and i tell him that i was gonna report him he started screaming faggy i dont think thats profecional at all it happens jun /30/2026 3:20pm sugest manager to check camera because you guys should have people with bad lenguage like that

  I felt like the owner here is putting less and less meat 🍖 on the sandwich 🥪. Even with all the veggies lettuce 🥬, tomatoes 🍅, onion 🧅, jalapeños 🌶, peppers 🫑, cheese 🧀, and Philly Steak. Too much bread 🍞 for what was in there. The lettuce 🥬 was wilted and old, everything else was fresh.
