  If I could leave 0 stars I would, but I’ve heard it’s harder to scrub 2 star reviews away. “William, the manager” of this location is rude, and has no customer service whatsoever. He will cut you off if you’re asking a question. Unsure why he has an attitude over asking about chips. We made contact with the owner after a horrible in-store experience and after an attempt to call the store and offer the opportunity to reconcile the errors they made (food was NOT fresh, wrap was done horribly, entire experience was a waste of $30) and he gave us a gift card that he told my husband we can’t use in Cookeville. Anyways, I’m gonna recommend the Subway in Algood or the Subway beside IGA. This location is not properly maintained - the customer service is worse than the food, and the food tasted old and cheese especially had the flavor of a musk.

  If you order something from here and they forget to give you it, too bad! You just donated to this Subway's slush fund! I've contacted the BBB about this too so everyone can know about what to expect at this specific Subway location

  The girl there was beyond rude and she tried to charge me for a water cup and got mad when I corrected her for trying to charge me for a meal. They were also out of meatball and steak and the tuna looked crusty.
