    The server was kind of rude you could clearly see he did not want to be there he got more aggravated after every person walked in he was slamming peoples stuff on the counter all there drinks were almost all carbonation plus 2 of them had gnats in the machine

    I ordered a 6" Subway Club, my go to, on Jefferson Ave in Cookeville, TN today. I added cheese, black olives, mayo and pickles. I asked for extra pickles when he only added 5 pickles. The manager told me it would cost $1.25 to add 5 more pickles. WHAT?? I asked him to repeat what he said. He said the same thing. I refused to pay $1.25 for FIVE pickles. That's just crazy!! We go in there regularly and have never been asked to pay that before. We will not be back!! We'll take our business elsewhere!!

    This location consistently doesn't have anything and doesn't offer substitutions on sales when they don't have the inventory. I was just offered to have frozen chicken put on the sub and "heated" on the sandwich. The meal of the day is still frozen in the back? And we can't substitute the sub or the grilled chicken for the rotisserie style. She said that wasn't an option after looking towards the guy that I assume runs the Subways in this area. If he either hired more employees so that they could sufficiently run the place, or maybe train the the ones that are there then maybe it could at least function. Heck, maybe instead of standing behind the register he could actually be productive and fix some issues. The employees are always frustrated and it shows. However, the standards just aren't there. This was after being told for the third time in a row that they don't have tortillas. So again another promotional item you can't even get. Why even have the signs saying you have protein wraps when no one can order them? And it's not that they don't have them. They're just so poorly managed that they're still frozen as well. Either run a restaurant or don't, and quit using it as a warehouse for the other locations around town. In summary, I'm done messing with this place, for the price you could get better food and service just about anywhere.
