  Received notification saying I was not at home to deliver my package (Monday at 1:13 pm) and they would attempt to deliver tomorrow. I have not left my house all day since I have been working online since 6 am. I have a Ring camera and FED-EX has not approached my house at all today. The only picture attached was of the product they were trying to deliver. I called the 800 line (before 1:30 pm on Monday) and all I got was they tried to deliver today and it will be attempted to be delivered tomorrow. Do better FED-EX! Do better....sad.

  My package was left in the yard, with rain on the way! Left steps from a covered porch. Could have easily been stolen or ruined by rain. I had to leave work because of this. This is incompetence, laziness and a lack of reasonable concern for a package FedEx was paid to deliver. An appliance I carried by hand into my home. They had a hand truck. Won't be buying anything that is delivered by FedEx. I wouldnt use them to send a birthday card to a dead relative. Ups for me. FedEx sucks. Made a complaint which took multiple calls to actually speak to someone.
