  Don't order online for a buy one get one free. The little short angry guy gives you nothing on the sub and complains that you used bogo online.

  Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I used the mobile app to place an order and pay 3 subs, cookies, and 2 bottle drinks. When I went to pick up the order they wanted to charge me for the drinks even though I had already paid and could prove that via the app and email receipt. They were rude, unprofessional, and I had to pay again for 2 bottled drinks because of their incompetence. Avoid this store at all costs.
