  I regretfully did not get her name, but whoever was working day shift on June 3rd is the BEST. I had a mishap with a passport being delivered and the address the Consulate wrote was way, way wrong. As in, didn’t even exist. Thankfully they attached the slip I wrote for them with the correct address on the outside, so the employee corrected it in the system before I even got there. Still, I was following the tracking and ran down to Columbia because I was afraid the delivery exception would lead to it being returned to sender. I must have looked just frazzled enough because she knew exactly what I was there for from the moment I walked in. I was able to sign for my passport with my driver’s license and we had a good laugh about the crazy situation. Crisis averted, ended up being a funny story. Plus, she corrected the address so even if I hadn’t noticed the exception, the package would have been safely delivered anyway. Thank you so much!!!!

  FedEx delivery driver showcased their room temp IQ by knocking on the backdoor for the non main part of the house to obtain a signature for the delivery, and shockingly did not have anyone answer. If they would have used an ounce of critical thinking skills they might have realized that the front door would be the place to knock for a signature.

  I couldn't drop off my package here. Walmart customer care sent me a QR code and it was a package less delivery. The cashier was very sweet and I was happy to meet her and learn together what is or isn't, as well as what won't work at this location.Now, say, you have your package labeled and taped- ready to go lol- it may be okay, but remember, it IS a Dollar General with a crappy piece of tech the cashier may or may not know how to work because they ARE A DOLLAR GENERAL, NOT FEDEX.. Remember to be kind and that it is a corporate issue , just relax..

  I've been here a couple of times to ship returns. The staff is courteous and quick. I'm always out of there in less than 5 minutes.
