  I went to the advanced on bear creek at 7:30am right when they pretty much just opened that morning, I was in desperate need of a battery and battery installation service so that I could make it to work on time. When I entered the store the nice man was the only employee there and told me that while he wanted to help me he couldn’t bc he had no one to cover the store while he installed my battery for me. We conversed a little bit about my situation and he told me to park my car right at the front door so that he could go ahead and help me and so he would be able to run the store if he needed to. He also gave me a great deal on the battery since the one I wanted which was the cheaper one was out of stock. He had my battery installed, He cleaned all the corrosion off of the post and had me ready to be on my way within 30 minutes. I was so grateful for this because he easily could’ve stuck by what he originally said and not helped me which would have been no fault of his own but still he made sure he helped me no matter what. I wish I would have gotten his name to include in this review bc he deserves 100% recognition for this! I even tried tipping him for helping me and he wouldn’t dare take it! To the red headed guy with glasses who works at the advanced auto parts store on bear creek, you are an angel! I hope you get everything you deserve and more!

  Advance Auto Parts is great. I’m from California and used to go the other places but, when I came to Tennessee and found this place I didn’t think twice and the staff was very knowledgeable. Thanks David! 🫡🇺🇸

  I was looking for a part that you couldn't just pull up on the computer. I went to several parts places and no one wanted to put in the effort to find it. Mark at advance auto on bear creek pike in Columbia TN went above and beyond to find me the right part. Thanks Mark

  Went in to ask a simple question only to be met with disrespect, attitude, and hatefulness from the staff. I will be ordering my parts online from now on
