  We visited this location around 940pm on Tuesday, June 9th. As I looked up at the menu, I noticed a roach crawling across it as the clerk was preparing my food. Feeling uncomfortable, I said something. The clerk made a joke about it and explained an exterminator just came and the roaches are swarming to get out at this time. As we made it to the register, he told the 2nd clerk to give us 30% due to unsatisfactory conditions. Still uncomfortable, I accepted the discount because we were running late for an event and most food options were closing at 10pm. Well, looking at the receipt of a $30 order, she only took off $1. Obviously, that's not 30%. We basically still paid for the subs at full price. I reached out to management and the store owner, Jonathan Brown responded with an apology and stated they'll get to the bottom of it. Again, no regard to the customer's dissatisfaction and obviously okay with people still patronizing despite the roach infested conditions. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to this Subway location in Collierville. Stand guard and find another location. You may have roaches crawling near your food with no discernment from the staff or management too! What a filthy, money hungry establishment!!! Shut down, completely bomb the place, and deep clean the business!

  The place was dirty. Staff members were generally rude and unwelcoming. They also did not manage pickup orders and line orders efficiently and effectively. The manager was somewhat helpful with a customer service issue, but was inpatient and made no attempt to keep a customer satisfied.
