Tuesday morning I had an interview at 9:30. This store opened at 9-my resume that I need printed said it wouldn’t be available until 1pm. Boy am I thankful Dawn overheard me ask the other lady if there was any way I could get it now (the lady I asked said no). Dawn didn’t have to help me-it was my own fault that I ran out of ink at the wrong time. But I am so thankful and grateful that she stepped in to help! She had me out the door with 10 copies of my resume! The world needs more Dawns for sure!!

All the employees were nice, but Dawn went above and beyond in assisting us in modifying a picture electronically to make it print the correct size for our needs. She was so kind, patient and helpful. Just wanted to publicly thank her! Great customer service!

In December Kent printed a canvas for us - he worked diligently to make sure the image was what we wanted Each time I have returned to this store to ship items, the staff was very friendly and engaging- making sure to cover ever detail of my shipping- The most important item to me is: I need to ship another fragil item to Louisville KY - the recipient specifically asked me to send it via FedEx through the store I have been using, stating everything she receives from this store is always well packed and arrives in perfect condition (I always have them pack) - Thanks For All Y’all Do!!!
