  The owners are EXTREMELY rude and barely want to put any toppings on your sandwich, i.e. if someone accidentally puts too much spinach (God forbid an extra leaf) one of the owners will come over and chastise the employee and have them take it off. I feel bad for the employees here too. They want to nickel and dime every item regardless of the quality of the sandwich or the customers satisfaction. Or if you ask for a little extra of a topping like onions they want to double the price of the sandwich to accommodate for that?? I’ve never seen anything near the level of micromanaging than at this location.

  Absolutely horrible... the poor girl making my sub as the owner watched as she made it... I got the cold cut classic foot long.... the literally cut the meat in half and gave you almost no veggies my sandwich literally was thinner than length of my pinkie nail see pics... now I know why the parking lot is always empty... you can't treat yoir community... yoir customers this way because you want to cut all corners to save a dollar on your production I paid 11.89 for the sub and 18 and some change with a soda and chips. .... absolutely never again and shame on the owners for 1 treating their customers this way and 2 for being an awful ambassador of the Subway brand. Absolutely avoid this place

  I never leave reviews, but this was unacceptable. They gave me one tomato, one pickle, and one banana pepper, and a tiny sprinkle of lettuce on my whole sandwich. I only got 2 slices of cheese that didn’t even cover the whole thing. Very little meat too. The whole thing was drowned in vinegar so it was a soggy mess and didn’t taste good at all. Very disappointed.

  I love Subway, but with all the changes they've done, it's hard to even enjoy a sandwich from there. They've cut back on how much meat goes on the sandwich. To get the amount of meat that they used to out on it you have to pay extra. Plus, the last few times I've been there, the lettuce has been brown, and they still served it. The only reason why we go to this Subway, is because it's in town, right down the road from our house. I'm afraid that we may have to travel to go to a better Subway.

  Bought a 12 inch sub ,it was the club there was barely any meat on it and hardly no toppings.I asked for more toppings and she told me management would not allow her too.Then she litterly cut my sandwich "flat bread" the wrong way.I eat the same thing at every subway I go too.I eat 6 inches then and save the other half for supper.I ate the entire 12 inch sub and im still hungry.Worst subway iv ever got from decades of eating at subway.The girl making my sandwich felt bad cause she wasn't allowed to put any more toppings on,shes just doing what shes told.Im not a complainer type person,look at my reviews iv got 1000s of them.Suppose to made "your way".They use to have great subs now its just a rip off.There were 2 pieces of flat bread the size of a cellphone left over with nothing on it.Il go to mcminnville next time its the same distance for me.The store itself is nice but you do not get what you pay for anymore at this location in grundy county.
