  I oreder two three times a week until I get there they gave my order to someone else never apologize for making me wait to be made again it was supposed to be well done no barley done at all what really bothered me was lack of concern about their mistakes find another spot now

  Came in earlier this week to grab a bite to eat before a party i had to be at. My order ended up being lost or sent early and had to be remade after i waited 20-30 minutes. I wasn't particularly surprised, i've eaten at wingstops across the country and the most consistent thing is that something alwats goes wrong, from downright rude staff to a missed item on my order, to my order going missing entirely that's just part of going to wingstop, but the food is always worth it. But here they went above and beyond, when i went up to check on my order willie stopped me before i even made it to the counter and got it figured out. They were super apologetic and he even offered to comp my next order, everyone was extremely apologetic and did their best to make things right. That isn't always the standard response in chain resteraunts anymore. The cleveland location is far and away the best wingstop i've ever been to and whenever i'm in town they'll be my go to

  If I could give 0 stars on everything, I would. Not only did my daughter not eat her food that we waited FOREVER (43 mins to be exact) for because it was so bad.. my main complaint is the EXTREMELY obnoxious staff. Staff was hanging out in the back instead of making orders and the wait time was terrible. You could hear them cussing at each other from all the way in the back of the restaurant and there was kids in there. They seemed confused on the orders as well. Front cashier taking the orders had a serious attitude problem and seemed high. Won’t be going back.
