  This restaurant use to be good now it's just waiting forever for orders im getting half full ranch cups cold fries it's all just trash when im spending hard earned money employees talking while your order is sitting there no one actually cares anymore don't waste your money here

  They got part of my order wrong so I took the part that was wrong back into the store to ask that it be fixed. They put wings in the container when it was supposed to be voodoo fries. I had not even ordered wings. The manager on duty insisted that he put them in the bag and that I didn’t check when I told him I checked everything. He made me go back to the car and get the full bag of food so he could check it before getting me what I ordered. It was a very odd interaction and bad customer service. Finally they gave me my order. As I was walking out someone was walking back in with their food and instantly came out with a new container. I assumed it was what I had brought in since it seemed they switched something with our orders. I would be very surprised if they remade the wings for the other customer.

  Ordered my food didn’t want any season on my fries and then I watched the manager season them! Tried to get her attention but couldn’t! Asked for my money back because I didn’t want to wait any longer. She took my name and number and said that someone would be in touch with me to give me my refund! That was weeks ago and I haven’t heard the first thing from them

  Absolutely the most obnoxious counter staff I have ever ran into. He seemed upset that we were dine-in and proceeded to basically yell at us while explaining he had to go get a cashier. I love Wing-Stop but will not come back to this one. For reference this is the 10th of May at 2pm if someone from management cares to look into it an retrain their staff.
