    This place is hit and miss..maome days you are going to get good service and some days you don't. Some days your sandwich will come exactly how it was ordered...some days it will not. Some days your sandwich will get cut in half...some days it will not. That all points to poor management and leadership...your store should be consistent for customers!

    An older man and woman working today. The man made a weird comment about the rotisserie chicken , to me sounded hateful, but lady said he was kidding! VERY skimpy on meats!! Husband even made a comment sandwich was different, not good!! First time at this one, Will Not be going back!!

    If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered online and came to pick up my order. And the direct manager yelled at me for ordering separate sandwiches on my phone. I told her there’s nothing in the policy saying I couldn’t order different sandwiches on different orders. She told me to never do that and cussed at me. Right after her employee lunged at my from behind the counter trying to swing at me. I didn't say or do anything hostile towards them and I got treated like this. I just looked through there reviews and say many people have had the same problems. These people shouldn’t work here or any customer service place. No only I got harassed and insulted I got poor service and subs. I wish I could speak to the owner because this is unacceptable. The managers name was (Peggy) and she refused to give me the employees name that threatened me . Right when I was leaving they opened the back door and started smoking inside!!! This is discussing. I threw my food away and reported them.

    DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. THIS. LOCATION. Unless you are fine with employees (managers in this case) running up in your face trying to square up and fight you from behind the counter, I suggest you eat elsewhere! Absolutely unbelievable and EXTREMELY unacceptable. Today (3/22/26), at around 2:40 pm, my boyfriend and I had gone out JUST to pick up our order. We walked in, saw only one of our sandwiches on the pick-up rack, so my boyfriend asked D MGR, PEGGY where our other orders were at. She didn’t even greet us at the door or anything, just walked up to him and said, “Don’t do that again.” And I was confused as to what compelled her to say that. My boyfriend retaliated because he had ordered the same sandwich deal with three separate transactions. The app did not remove those deals or say we overused them of any kind. Next thing you know, her male employee which she and him both refused to give his name, LUNGED toward my boyfriend, threatening him from behind the counter. Not even exaggerating. If there was no counter, my boyfriend definitely would have been injured by said EMPLOYEE’S actions. The direct manager PEGGY had to back off her employee, all while still arguing even though she had nowhere to stand on. She kept saying she could’ve voided our order to where we had to pay in full. BUT overall, in my opinion, just do your job. You are not getting paid extra to save a company a couple dollars because coupons were used effectively and efficiently, and certainly not paid enough to start fights with customers! Never coming back to this location.
