  If I could give this store a zero star, I would This place deserves to be shut down or switched owners. I work at Subway myself in Cleveland Tennessee and I come here to be told I’m only allowed four pieces of turkey on my sandwich mind you it’s a foot-long sandwich that’s supposed to have 12 pieces of turkey and then I had to practically beg for a decent amount of lettuce on my sub and the attitude on the female and male worker There were ridiculous acting like it was a problem to do their job and the bacon on my sandwich is Not even hot because my sandwich only got cooked for the 6 inch time instead of the foot long time because they were trying to rush things and mind you this was all while the Manager was sitting at the table in the restaurant on his computer just tuning everything out seems to me like the manager is just trying to save a couple of bucks considering never in my life Have I been to a Subway that only puts four pieces of turkey on a foot-long sandwich I’d like a sub not bread with a side of meat like I said, I work At Subway myself so I know how all of this is supposed to be done and the store was dirty as all get out. Reeeeally hoping this location gets shut down or switched management and employees but seriously if your not gonna give a crap about how you make peoples food and half ass ppls food than DONT WORK IN THE FAST FOOD BUSINESS!!!! You Quite literally get paid to serve good customer service and exceptional food at a fast pace so if you can’t manage to do that, maybe don’t work fast food. And again that’s somebody who works fast food themselves. It might not be enjoyable, but you should still take pride in your work And make sure it’s up to standards and this subway is anything but that. 0 customer service skills, 0 effort and stingy as hell with everything

  Went in subway at 12 today there was one poor man been there all morning by his self all by his self no help doing best he could its a shame subway step up shut down .

  The girl that made our sandwiches this morning is the best. I haven't enjoyed subway in years like I did today.

  I ordered food online and didn’t receive everything. Then on top of that there phones don’t even work. Completely waste of my time and money!

  Ordered through the app for pickup, ordered 5 meals, one was supposed to be a footlong.. no footlong. And every single order is incorrect. Nothing at all matches what we ordered and even the person at the counter told my husband this order probably ain’t correct but you can come back tomorrow when the manager is here. So instead of them making sure or fixing it, just blew him off and told him to come back.
