  I ordered food online and didn’t receive everything. Then on top of that there phones don’t even work. Completely waste of my time and money!

  Ordered through the app for pickup, ordered 5 meals, one was supposed to be a footlong.. no footlong. And every single order is incorrect. Nothing at all matches what we ordered and even the person at the counter told my husband this order probably ain’t correct but you can come back tomorrow when the manager is here. So instead of them making sure or fixing it, just blew him off and told him to come back.

  Ean to my local Subway tonight a good half hour before close walked in not greeted by the person behind the counter she didn’t even look up when she sensed my presence she said “ We are only taking online orders sorry “ So yeah no experience to report because if you walk in this location ya leaving empty handed

  Can they read? Missed the extra cheese that I paid for. Forgot the lettuce. No chips in the bag on an online order. No courtesy cups for a cup of water like every other Subway? I'll stick with the other location in the future.
