  My wife went in and inquired about the new iPhone 17e. The sales lady stated it wasn't available. Then we asked her to activate our SIM card on our old iPhone 7 that is paid for. She first said she could do it, but after a moment she said it wasn't eligible. She lied. We came home, contacted Cricket chat and they activated it for us. This store will never get our business. Come on... you guys can do better. Honestly, this girl doesn't need to be representing Cricket.

  I have been with Cricket for a long time now, and I wanted to delete a line from my account, and they were not friendly at all, and the lady said that they have never done that before in store and said I had to call customer service, when since I’ve been with cricket I always did it in store. so no help at all
