  The GM Ron has made my experience with Advanced Auto something remarkable! I’ve done customer service for over 30 years and I appreciate good customer service when I come across it, especially in this day and age. This is my store from now on!

  Very bad experience for a simple process to check and replace battery 1. Battery tester not working- sends me to auto zone to get it tested then come back to claim warranty 2. When I come back to claim warranty they can’t process it in the system due a system error even though battery is clearly within warranty period. 3. Won’t give me a replacement battery because system does not work and asks me to try another “Advance Auto” Should have done what is right by the customer regardless of system limitations and just set me up with a battery. Went to other advance auto and that’s exactly what they did even if system had problems.

  Went to get a socket set so I can do an oil change and Tyler was amazing but his little hat turned backwards. He pointed me in the right direction. They were very nice sweet and they got me going. I do appreciate everything they’ve done for me today, so I just wanna give a shout out to the auto advance on Keith Street. I will continue to visit you guys. Thank you Tyler for the great business and thank you to the staff for amazing service you guys are amazing.

  Needed a radiator hose cause mibe had a hole fast friendly service and sense i left my tools at home they even loaned me a couple to do the job!
