  I went to the 1477 Tiny Town location to return my Spectrum equipment. The representative spoke so fast that I asked her to repeat what she said and she just looked at me!!! Normally there are excellent customer service reps there who speak so polite and are welcoming. On this particular day the service was HORRIBLE!!!! I should’ve gotten her name but I believe if you have to visit one day, you cannot miss her!!! I don’t know if she was nervous or that is how she speaks but I hope the Manager listens one day to correct her.

  The professionalism, knowledge, Friendliness and diligence of the entire crew was very impressive. The fact that they turned my worst nightmare into the most amazing day that I've had this year was awesome. I commend everyone on a job well done. And I plan to recommend this facility to everyone that iencounter who may have a shipping out printing issue.

  I’m currently trying to return a lawnmower I purchased from Amazon. I missed the pickup time for the driver to pick up because the window was from 10a to 9p (which is crazy). They showed up around 7p. So I take the label that was left, place it on the mower and go to this UPS Store location. I get there and they tell me they can’t take it because of the “hazard” label on it (it’s electric and has a battery). I followed the instructions from Amazon and UPS just to be told they don’t ship the item that was delivered to me by them. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Not a great experience at all and I’m not even sure on what to do to get this shipped. They didn’t really offer a viable solution but just told me that they don’t take it because the label.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store thanks to Malik! From the moment I walked in, he was kind, personable, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. He helped process my Amazon return quickly and efficiently while still taking the time to hold a friendly conversation. I’m originally from Philadelphia, and I have to say this was a completely different customer service experience—in the best way possible. Malik’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made what could have been a routine errand enjoyable. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Malik absolutely delivered. Give this young man a raise!
