  This UPS store has the best customer service! The manager Christina is just lovely and was so helpful and determined to resolve an issue I was having with a package being returned to me multiple times. The other associates are wonderful as well, so I'll definitely be using this store for any future needs.

  I recently had to ship personal photo albums belonging to my niece, who passed away tragically in a car accident, back to our home 900 miles away. It was an emotionally difficult task, and the team at UPS Store #6562 in Clarksville made it so much easier than I expected. Maleak went above and beyond from the moment I walked in — warm, welcoming, and genuinely compassionate about what I was there to do. He even came out to my truck to help carry the heavier items inside, which meant a lot on a hard day. Maleak, along with Taylor and Bryce, took great care packaging everything to make sure these irreplaceable keepsakes would arrive safely, and Maleak even tucked a kind, thoughtful note in with the packages — a small gesture that meant more than he probably realizes. I can't recommend this store enough. The whole team was friendly, attentive, and treated me with real kindness during a tough moment. Thank you all so much for your care and professionalism. To store management: I hope Maleak gets some real recognition for this. What he did went well beyond his job description, and it made a genuinely painful day a little more bearable. He deserves to be acknowledged for it.
