  Got coupons through the mail and the gentleman was told by his manager not to use coupons. Not sure why that is but this is unacceptable.

  The food is decent minus the point shaving on the amount of meat that they put on your sandwich with all that bread. May as well order a vegetable sandwich. Everything was cool until I got to the vegetables. The spinach looked wilted, the tomatoes & pickles looked dried out & the bell peppers were white & ashy when they should've been green. I asked the lady that was making my sandwich if they had a different tin of bell peppers & her response was "No, that's what we have" I understand waste not, want not but I know she could see that stuff in that tin was trash. I used to enjoy a good Subway sandwich but, the experience just keeps going downhill. They don't even offer a Military Discount in a military town. Just sad in my opinion

  The veggies are not fresh! The lettuce was brown and I asked if they had more fresh lettuce they said no and the pickles were horrendous looking.

  First off let me say I almost NEVER complain. This is the first review I have ever made if that tells you anything. Avoid this place! My wife and I stopped in here to grab a sub. We told the lady at the counter what kind of bread we would like our sandwich on, and she started coughing all over the bread as she was cutting it in half!!! Not one, but multiple times!!! I understand the urge to have to cough, but at least have enough courtesy, and respect to walk away from someone’s food!! Very disrespectful. She never once apologized or anything, literally continued coughing. We walked out the door and will definitely not be returning!!
