  I wanted to take a moment to compliment Miss Patti at the Madison Street location in Clarksville this morning (Store #36636-0). She truly made our day. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, kind, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. You could tell she cared about the customers and brought a positive energy that really stood out. In a world where people are often rushed or stressed, her attitude honestly made a difference and brightened our morning. Great customer service like that deserves recognition, and I wanted to make sure someone knew how appreciated she was today. Thank you,

  Ordered a salad and it barely had any meat or any lettuce for that matter!!! The salad had less than if it would have been on a sandwich!!! This is terrible….subways has truly went down hill!! Super disappointing! Barely half way in a bowl!!

  Wife ordered my sandwich through the app, called me to verify it was right. Get to this wal mart location and foreign dude was rude and unforgiving. They made the sandwich with onions and mayo (2 things I absolutely cant eat) and is telling me to take them off. I explained I cant take the onion flavor out of my steak or the mayo taste out of the bread and meat. He didn't care and wouldn't remake my sandwich properly and hung up ony wife when she called back in. Wouldn't recommend to ANYONE, ever.

  The bread was old tasting, the quality of the "deli cuts" could be upgraded for sure, the employees at this location were not the friendliest bunch overall more than likely won't go back to many other better places to get a much better sub from.
