  Google says you close at 9:30. Door was unlocked and lights turned off when we walked in at 9. The guy at the counter was willing to serve us. Manager not so much. He looked annoyed. Update your hours.

  Very displeased with the quality of service. I ordered a footlong ham sandwich. They offered me a small amount of shredded and bits of ham, not ham slices. The ham comes in slices so I can make sure im getting what Im paying for. This is a shame. I refused and walked out and went to another Subway down the street, and received ham slices made right.

  I ordered from this location online March 4. I ordered the veggie with no green peppers, and to add Banana peppers. Sandwich came with NO CHEESE. No banana peppers. and LOADED with only cucumber, onion, and green pepper. Completely not what I asked. Now today, I am in Dresden, Tn, 2 hours away from this specific location. I accidentally placed a mobile order to here as I didnt notice the location was wrong. I IMMEDIATELY called the store to cancel my order, called 2 times with no answer, on the 3rd try they finally picked up and said because they were "Busy" they already made my sandwiches and could not cancel the order. My order was placed at 12:30pm. They answered at 12:33pm. They made 2 sandwiches while being SOOO busy in that time? unbelievable. do not recommend.

  I wasn't thrilled with the service at this Subway. The Employee"s were very rude. This happened a a few months back and they were acting like they couldn't understand me. I couldn't understand what they were asking me what I wanted in my sub? They laughed and thought it was funny! So I needless to say,... I never went back!!! Total Jerks!!!!
