  I wish I could get fed ex to actually deliver my packages to my home instead of to my neighbor’s homes. Worst customer service ever

  Russ was amazing. I've been trying to get this package for the past 3 days and he was able to finally help me without any issue ,he is very pleasant and 👍 🙂 nice. He needs a raise

  Atmosphere not friendly. Got my receipt for shipping.But never seen the girl put the label on package. However it did make it to the destination with signature.

  If I could give a 0 star I would absolute worst company to deal with. The driver says attempted delivery at 4:45 he was NEVER here I was outside waiting on them and forget calling customer service 3 hours on the phone with them is 3 hours I will never get back same thing second day I will never deal with Fed Ex again.
