  The store manager, Jessie and her teammate, Christian were AMAZING! My canvas order was not simple and Jessie worked her magic on the designing software and Christian did a great job on making my project. My son is decorating his first apartment and ask me if I could help decorate. He specifically ask if I could create a piece of art work with a quote on it. As always, I had to come up with a way. After realizing defeat, I turned to FedEx to see what they could do. And Jessie and Christian went above and beyond, creating the perfect canvas art work. It is my hope that their efforts are rewarded. Because of them, I will forever be their customer and will continue to spread the word about their exceptional service. FedEx is fortunate to have these two!

  I went to ship a package off to my mom that was already boxed just unlabeled. The rep Sprite, blonde mullet, glasses and a face mask was clearly upset to be at work, I tried to have some grace since it’s close to the holiday but after the series of questions asked by the rep clearly showed she was upset I was I guess bothering them from Working. The rep was RUDE to the point I had to address the attitude and felt the need to write this review! If you don’t like people, work in another field besides customer service! I will not be back to this FedEx.
