  chicken undercooked along with hair found in fries order was not complete and missing items. Contacted the store in an attempt to let them correct the issue never got anyone on the phone. Trash.

  Brainerd Rd Wingstop is TRASH! Tonight was the worst. I'm done. No ranch dressing that I ordered 3 cups of. One of the flavors of my wings was wrong. of my 10 piece traditional. The fries had no seasoning on them. I love Wingstop but Brainerd Road.... nope!

  Took 30 plus minutes to get a 24 piece smh. They gave my food to someone else and for summer reason, they didn't tell me. But I'm watching and still waiting. Won't be coming back here. Don't recommend this location to anyone. Horrible service all around. And unprofessional. Took 45 minutes total!!!

  Asked for extra seasoning and received fries with barely any seasoning. Also, my fries were cold. Poor customer service as they looked like they did not want to work today.

  Cool staff…and very accommodating….clean environment…and wings are hot…and fresh…salute…🫡
