  This place was disgusting. We had a time trying to order and once the order was placed and arrived at our hotel we found not one but two hairs in both of our sauces and spent over $60 for two people. We ordered both ranch and blue cheese, and never got the first blue cheese. No need on that though, bc when hairs in 2 different cups of ranch dressing, your entire meal is ruined! Highly recommend not going or ordering from there! It was too late and we got our meal, but we’ll be contacting them in the morning. Disgusting!

  ordered two combos on doordash and didn’t get anything correct and spent 45 dollars for them to tell me i would have to wait till the next day for my food because their boss wasn’t there. then when i explained i could not come to the restaurant they hung up on me.

  Ordered 10 piece classic combo with fries extra seasoning. Went to pick up my order and no fires at all, went back in asked for the fries. The guy acting like I was bothering him. Got the fries and barley any seasoning. This Wingstop is the worst I have ever been to. By looking at the reviews this store should just be shut down..

  Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food was inconsistent and seemed rushed, with little attention to quality or presentation. Management appeared disorganized and nonchalant, and it felt like customer service was not a priority. There also seem to be issues with proper food handling and quality control. My wings were barely tossed in the sauce, leaving them unevenly coated and lacking flavor. The only items I genuinely enjoyed were the corn and the ranch. I would also recommend that customers carefully check their orders before leaving, as it seems very easy to be sent out the door with incorrect or incomplete items. Overall, this visit fell well below expectations.

  First I was missing 5 of my 20 piece boneless order, didn't notice until I was home, called the store and they said they'd make me 10 to replace those. Drove across town for the second time to the store and they had no idea what I was talking about, so had to explain if again and wait 10min for the wings only to be given BONE-IN wings! Had to explain it to the lady AGAIN and somehow she got it in her head I needed 6 wings, because obviously they can't count to begin with. After almost 15min FINALLY got the wings I was missing. The loaded Voodoo fries were an abysmally small portion, they used to overload the carton but have been skimpy the last few times and this time was just pathetic. I was so tired of their nonsense I didn't even bring it up. VERY dissatisfied and will not be back for a while.
