  BE AWARE the ups shipping prices here are 7 times normal UPS shipping rates. E.g 200$ to ship what should be 30$

  Delivery late as allways if u buy anything try to check who Shipps it and don’t order if is ups usps is way better more satisfactory delivery if they say 9 it comes at 9 not 11 so they not reliable if u plan anything there service never delivers on time i have order so many items and allways ups late my favorite is usps beacuse they allway comply and deliver at perfect time and FedEx i wont say perfect but not worse then ups for sure this guys have been my latest delivery out of all that i use . I will post pic check time that suppose to have got and then what time is now now is 4:41 it was suppose to be here by 3:15 so timing they not reliable my delivery came from this store i have the message here that they send shipper at 9:40 plus this morning but it is 4:42 and nothing yet .

  I had previously enjoyed going to this UPS location, but after my experience today, I wont be returning. I was shipping an item I had not shipped before and wanted to make sure I packed it correctly. I needed bubble wrap but was unsure how many small rolls I would need. To avoid buying more than necessary, I removed the barcode stickers from two bubble wrap packages and placed them on the counter next to the register, barcode side up, so it would be clear that I intended to pay for them. I also stood off to the side so I would not be in anyone’s way. The employee got irritated with me, told me to stop what I was doing and instructed me to skip the line to pay for each bubble wrap item before using it, including any additional rolls I might need. In the end, I only needed the two rolls, which I paid for. I understand that employees need to make sure items are paid for, but the way this was handled felt unnecessarily rude and humiliating. A simple, respectful question would have resolved the situation. Instead, I felt treated as though I was doing something wrong, even though I had made it clear I was paying. When I tried to explain that the interaction felt rude, she completely ignored that I had even said anything. Because of this experience, I dont feel comfortable returning to this location. I hope management addresses this and ensures customers are treated with more courtesy and professionalism.
