  Audria is amazing always friendly always nice and professional.. I do a lot of Amazon returns and she never makes me feel rushed or like I’m annoying her. She is an asset to UPS!

  I have so many good things to say about the UPS Signal Mountain location! The people who work here are so friendly and are always so easy to work with, especially Audria and Baily! I feel like I’ve truly developed a good connection with many of the workers there, but especially these two individuals. They go above and beyond to ask me about my day and they even remember discussions we’ve had in the past and will ask me how I’ve been. I am very fortunate to have such good people to assist me every time. They are extremely fast and efficient as well.

  I went into the store to do some Amazon returns and there was a young lady named Layla that helped me and she is so nice and so very helpful. This UPS store is very lucky to have her. Everyone there is really nice

  Audria has provided exceptional, friendly service every time I have been in over the past several years. Even when the store is really busy during the holidays, etc., she is always calm, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, the store has changed with the new ownership. It feels corporate-like, rigid, and unpleasant. I wonder if the new ownership is putting profit above store and staff well- being. It is definitely not anything Audria did or said. She and a few other employees still make it a positive experience. In particular, a thin, blondish young man, whose name I don't remember, is exceptionally professional, and provides excellent customer service.

  I frequent the UPS store on Signal Mountain Road a lot!! All of the employees are very helpful and friendly. I do have my favorite, Audria! She is always smiling, happy and helpful! I look forward to seeing her. She is the best!!
