  Edit to add: I called the store and they were able to scan my return and label and get my refund settled. Fantastic customer service!! My Amazon item shows I never returned it therefore no refund.

  I was very impressed with my experience today at the Signal Mountain UPS Store. I'm owner of a fishing charter here locally & recently had a guy that wanted his fish shipped back to New Mexico. However daunting that seemed the associates & even the owner did everything to make it very easy for me. Great customer service, it's so hard to find that these days!

  We have used this UPS as our business mailing center for over 15 years. As a franchise it was sold to new owners about 9 months ago. Since then things have steadily deteriorated. There is no longer a manager on-site. They hire young adults, and then leave them to run the store with no meaningful supervision. The kids are usually glued to their phones screens and have ZERO customer service skills. We are frequently told that packages we know have been delivered aren't there, only to have them "mysteriously" appear a few days later. Thus, requiring that we make multiple trips to the store to retrieve packages because, lacking internal organization and discipline, workers are unable to timely locate packages. To no avail we've asked repeatedly that our box not be filled with junk mail. Under previous ownership junk mail was culled and we never received it. For several months we didn't receive text notifications of packages. We asked about it, and we're told, "Well we couldn't fix it in our end." No follow-up, no calling UPS corporate, no escalating to management (bc there is none!), just " tough break for you," attitude. I hate to lose our long-time address, but we'll be moving our service probably to the 153 location when our current contract ends. I wish there was an alternative to the UPS Store, ie, Mailboxes, Etc. I'm so disgusted (even angry) that new owners, who clearly care nothing about the store, have been permitted to destroy it's good will and reputation in the community. Their biggest mistake was failing to retain the long-time manager who always ensured a welcoming, efficient store with well-trained staff focused on customer service, not their cell phones!

  I had a surprisingly complex request, as I had a series of fragile items I needed to ship in a prompt manner; however, Bailey was able to help me bundle them, pack them, and get them en route in a safe and timely manner. The recipient was incredibly happy with the care and timeliness of the packages, as was I. Thanks Bailey for your assistance!
