  Dipal and Kavya do a great job! They know my “usual” and make my bbq honey mustard rotisserie sub perfect. They are so sweet and I go there every day I work on my break.

  Ordered through the drive through and ordered the meal of the day, the drive through screen said that my total was $11 and some change - I get to the window and the older Indian lady at the window says that my total is $14 and change- I corrected her and told her what my total was on the screens and we verbally went over my order. I paid and when I got home to check my receipt I see that she had charged me for the $14 meal which was a Philly (I ordered the spicy Italian). My sandwich barely had any lettuce and the Diet Pepsi was flat. Since we verbally went over my order I can only conclude that this was an act of dishonesty and not an innocent mistake. I will never eat here again.

  They refused to take us through the drive-through. Then when we went inside, they refused to give us our order saying that it was against policy when previously they had given us the exact same order. Just the worst experience ever

  Upset today visited was was told can't use the coupons for any beef rost or stak new owners policy...This is unacceptable if you sign a franchise agreement u should honor the coupons. Lost another customer.
