  If there is a manager to brag on, it would be Tasha! She was working by herself, but she still took the time to greet my son and me as we walked in. She let us know it would be a moment, and despite being the only one on staff, she was incredibly patient and took her time with us. Not only was her service great, but I also noticed the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. As Tasha finished the orders before ours, she gave us her full attention, asked about our day, and even asked for our names. She talked directly to my son and really listened to his order. Tasha is nothing short of amazing! Overall, we had a great dinner and experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and our subs.

  Subway is part of my diet plan. I can cut it up into 3 separate meals for me. ROSA has been wonderful to me everytime I come through. Great customer service! Always smiling and seems happy to be there! I have also gotten good customer service for at least 2 other male subway workers at this location also! I'll keep coming back!

  I had such a great experience at this Subway! It was exceptionally clean, organized, and well-maintained from the moment I walked in. I stopped at the Subway in the Hixson Wal-mart earlier that day, it was so dirty I didn’t even feel comfortable ordering and decided to leave. I was honestly relieved when I walked into this location. The difference was night and day. Larry greeted me with a warm welcome, they were all friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. They took pride in their work, and it really showed. I’ll definitely be returning to this location and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and a clean, comfortable place to eat!
