  Made a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. The worker said give her a min, we waited 45min and still never got our order.

  For the people who take time to read reviews about businesses, do yourself a favor and go to the one up in Harrison past the lake, it's cleaner, not being used as a daycare, the floors are always dirty, bugs crawling around the soda machine. I never place an online order anymore they get it wrong every time. Watched one employee carry her child and sit them down at a table and came back around the counter and didn't wash her hands. As I stated at first, go to the one up 58 next to the food city. Service is better, it's cleaner and much more pleasant atmosphere!

  Only getting one star because zero isn’t an option unfortunately. Accidentally put an order in with them because that was where my prior order was and I have now called them 20 separate times and rang through to the voicemail every single time. Either they are not working or they are really good at ignoring the phone. Either way I would really like to get my money back on the accidental order if anyone ever answers the phone.

  They had the doors locked 25 minutes before it says they close so we went through the drive through got my food but they didn’t toast my sandwich

  The worst religious music I've ever heard in my life playing LOUDLY. Had to tell worker at the counter 3 times what I wanted and he still made something completely different...stopped mid sandwich to yell and argue w his coworker for not working. Most awkward and unpleasant experience ever. And after seeing all the roach pics here, I will absolutely not be back. Whoever picked the music and volume should be fired immediately. We're not all "Christians"
