  Ordered my food on app for my family said it will be ready in 15 mins nope got there and my order is sitting on counter hasn’t been touch because the person behind counter is by themselves and she’s helping those who walk in. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

  She took forever to do our sandwiches she had no time management or any idea what she was doing. I had to remind her 4 different times what I said since she kept walking off and helping a different customer who SHOWED UP FEW MINUTES AFTER ME BTW!? she did not prioritize the customers first and she was sitting in the back for a minute before even coming to take our order just for it to also be put on hold for two other customers who walked in? Her name is Shay and she was also wearing a Wendy’s sweatshirt in a subway job which already screams a huge unprofessionalism. I had to ask her to remove food off my sandwich from accidentally cross contaminated. Also handled money and food with the same gloves. Did not switch it out for either customers.
