  We walked in and there was one man working. He was swamped with a large online order and we were 4th in line. I understand that he was busy but while working on the 4 sandwiches on the counter he was not wearing any kind of hair protection and his hair was curly and long. He also did not change gloves when making different sandwiches, not when he was handling the paper and bags to wrap a sub nor when he used anything else. He then began coughing at the counter and we walked out.

  Waiting for 20 minutes or more to get waited on but employees too busy arguing with each other (loudly) in the back to wait on customers
