  The food at the Memorial Hospital location is outstanding: consistent great quality; sandwiches are well made. The staff are super-friendly, and very kind. I spoke to April about their friendliness, and she commented that the people who walk through their doors may be going through some very tough times with a sick family member, or a problem with their own health. "How can we be anything but nice?" she asked. A patient's sister recently wrote a letter to the hospital that was read in a meeting. This sister was very complimentary of the hospital experience, but also mentioned how kind and friendly the Subway staff were as well! You made such an impact that this family member thought to share that with hospital administration! Thank you, Subway, for taking care of staff, patients, and families with excellent food and a generous measure of sweet Southern hospitality.

  The lady working was extremely rude because we didn’t let our family cut in front of everyone else! She started being rude because our family ordered after we paid for the first set of subs. She clearly doesn’t deserve to be working in a hospital where family’s are go into through things she has no clue about.

  Amazing service, amazing people, hearing rude customers is a small put off but that’s expected in customer service. I recommend coming here for the food and service instead of the cafeteria due to not only pricing but the quality as well.
