I ordered a sub in the app for me and my son. I ordered extra lettuce Extra spinach extra tomato extra and paid extra for avocado. They put extra of nothing and forgot to put the avocado. When I back into the store employee said she's only allowed to put so much and she did put it on..... In addition, they refuse to give refills if you order in the app and just one refill if you order in store.

Just got denied service saying it’s gonna be over an hour for food, since she’s backed up with online orders. Apparently told other customers the same thing 30 mins prior

went to subway 02/25/26 at 8:05 we said hello and she didn’t answer and she was on her and she got up from sitting and threw the chair saying a lot of bad words threw her drink across the table always had a bad experience at this subway in Walmart
