  I pickup from this location almost every Wednesday before class and it’s always done fast and made perfectly!

  The lady working does not want to be there. I understand not wanting to work or being tired but jeez she could have smiled at least and the food quality was terrible. She was just throwing the food on the bread not even making sure it stayed on it.

  WOW‼️ I guess I should have checked the reviews before coming to this subway. The WORST subway I have ever been to in Chattanooga. I went in to order a sandwich and simply requested the bread to be taken out of the inside. My request was denied by a black man with tattoos all over his body wearing a hat. I did not catch his name. He told me that they don't really do that here at the subway and I was like what do you mean? I've never been to a Subway that didn't do that upon request and I've even worked at Subway before! He then told me I can ask the manager to see what she says and she pretty much backed him on it and I couldn't believe it!!! She went ahead and did it but tore up most of my sandwich out of anger I believe her name was Stephie she looked Hispanic. The customer service they showed was extremely terrible and they didn't even act like they wanted to be there. I won't be back to this location as long as these 2 are working there. I feel sorry for the people that work in live around this area and they have no choice but to come here for food. I came here on 8-25-26 @ 1 pm for Lunch.

  Que falta de atención al cliente ,y que falta de respeto ,queríamos ordenar varios sub way y la persona que estaba atendiendo nos presionaba para que ordenaramos rápido y lo peor que nisiquiera estába lleno 😒🙄🙄

  There is a woman short with brunette hair the employee was so rude as the black gentleman hands her my order, she is on the drive through mic , telling customer it’ll be a moment before she can help them. Tone was horrible, as she starts to add veggies to my sandwich she tells me to not point at the window glass…. Which is what I’m doing ….there was already a sign that says don’t lean on glass. She smart mouthed me and said I was leaning on glass I wasn’t but mind you I work across the street, I don’t come often but when I do she is always rude she stopped making my food after I told her she was rude and said I can leave… she just got smart with customer in drive thru and customer pulled up. She is horrible employee and also very nasty attitude, she is driving away business. I actually left this one and went to shallowford! She is driving away your business SUBWAY!
