  I helped.my daughter move to Chattanooga from Vancouver, Canada for school. Due to location od living and school she needed a vehicle. While all of this was highly overwhelming for all of us involved is such a short period. I cannot say enough of Liz. I called around for information about auto insurance and the steps needed to take. Right from the get go, Liz was most helpful, understanding, and truly wonderful. She provided me with a couple of different options and walked me through all that was needed. Once we were able to purchase a vehicle, I called her back to follow through with the insurance. Things were quick and easy. Emails were sent promptly and pricing seemed to be real fair. Later in the day when my daughter was trying to set up her online profile and needed help with the policy number she emailed Liz. Within 30 minutes Liz called my daughter and walked her through the process and gave her the policy number ver the phone. Even though I do not live in Chattanooga, I would highly recommend Liz and Premier Choice. When it comes time for my daughter to renew her license we will be contacting Liz again. Thank you Liz for all the help and being an amazing person!!

  I cannot say enough about the team at Premier. My contact Tiara Stephens is absolutely the best. She was able to handle both my auto and home insurance with the greatest of ease, knowledge and professionalism. I am 74 years old and I definitely appreciate these attributes in whomever i am choosing to help me handle my affairs.
