  Very friendly staff at this location who are always ready and willing to help. Ryan especially has gone out of his way on multiple occasions to assist me. Highly recommend!

  I went in to ship a return that was no box, no label needed- fed ex provides the box and the label, the girl who helped me tells me I need my item in a box or envelope, I told her that it says fed ex provides the box and label and she tells me I'm wrong and offers me the label to take home and then I can bring it back once I get it in a box. I told her 3 times that that's not what the return instructions show. She says "I don't know why it does that. You just never know." So I spent $2 for an envelope to return my $5 item. And it's not about the $2, it's the principle that my return instructions show that fed ex provides the label and box and the employee argued with me as if she's right.

  So I just had a pretty bad experience with the staff. Honestly I'm not going into detail about what happened because it doesn't matter. My issues are pretty much the same as the other ex customers. So go somewhere else. Melissa the bleach blonde "manager" absolutely could not care less. Literally rolling eyes and smiling sarcastically when asked for help. There's staples nearby and a UPS store in East Ridge that have very friendly and helpful attitudes. Final word=Avoid toxic people who hate their job and the public they are required to interact with. Sad...
