  I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris at FedEx and felt compelled to share my experience. From start to finish, the level of service provided was outstanding. Chris went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. What stood out most was the genuine care and attention given to making sure my needs were fully met. Every question was answered thoroughly and the entire process was made seamless. It is rare to encounter this level of dedication and it truly made a difference. If you are looking for a team that takes customer service seriously, look no further.   FEDLAME!!! If I could give zero stars I would! They are UNRELIABLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY, LIARS, SHAMELESS AND LAZY!!! DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING HERE!!! I paid for overnight delivery for very important documents on January 22. Right now is January 27, and my package is still not delivered. I went to the store to get a refund but they say that they don't do any refunds in the store. Only through online claim which coincidentally was out of service! Took my money and didn't even delivered anything! You know how it's called when someone takes your money but gave you nothing in return?...it's called THEFT! I will make my life long duty to tell anyone and everyone to never go to FEDLAME!!!

  Walmart told me that FedEx would completely handle my return down to boxing it up. They were incorrect. However, the guy that handled my return was kind enough to do it anyway. Wonderful customer service! They truly are awesome here.

  I loved this location! The employees, mainly Daydra was so helpful with my copies, pay card, & internet connection. I have never had better customer service at a Kinko's before being helped by Daydra. When the employees are happy doing what they love, where they love it, it definitely comes through in the great, polite, and welcoming service!
