  I have a big family and with gas prices when we go we have a car full. The last couple times we have gone we bring coupons. They will let everyone in our car through then tell me i can't use my coupon. We are all paying separately with our own money. I have gone tho the charlotte subway for year and only just started having this problem it's horrible.

  Don't order ahead online and think it's going to help you avoid waiting in line. I ordered 10 minutes before arriving, and still had to wait for people who came in after me to be served first. Terrible service.

  Every time we come in here we always greeted with great customer service Ravi always provides the best he’s one of the best that works here wouldn’t have it any other way.
