  Attempted to order online July 3rd. Orders wouldn't process. Went and ordered in person and paid cash. July 6th saw charges on my wife and my cards for the attempted orders. Called location and was very rudely told we had to fix the issue via the app. We cannot do so through the app at all. Called the location again and asked for a number to call for an area supervisor. Was lied to and told they don't have one. Was lied to and told they cannot give out any numbers for such a problem. And I know they lied because I called the location in Paris Tn and was given the help o needed. Pathetic staff and patheticly run location. Will absolutely never use this store again. Also will make sure to spread the word about this location.

  A few weeks ago I noticed they had a personal pizza so decided to try it, it was fine for a quick snack/lunch.The pizza is, I believe, 4.49 for a cheese pizza and .50 extra for more cheese, so total was something like 5 and some change. I went there 2 more times and w/out getting extra cheese, one day the total was around 6.54 - no receipt (pizza was 4.49 plus tax) was given. I thought that's a lot for tax on 4.49 but shrugged it off. I went back on 6/16 and was charged something like 5.83 and again, offered no receipt. I asked for one but she said something like she couldn't get it bc she already shut the drawer. I am always offered or given receipts in every store I go to, except this one. I asked for the owners number and she said she was the manager and came up with a different amount the total should be and offered to give me the difference but I declined. I'm not sure why they're coming up with different amounts but they need to fix this. It's the principle in a world of greed, dishonesty, and just not caring about being the best business with high standards. I'm getting to the point that we should just not eat out anymore as food and high standards are pretty much non existent. It's sad bc in this area there's not many places to grab a quick meal when needed and they should strive for excellence to be above the medocor businesses of the 2000's. Take pride in your business and be the best Subway you can be! Give receipts to your customers.

  There's a skinny dark haired girl that works there alot. She is very rude. I went in a few days ago and she said they were out of meats balls, and without skipping a beat she said they were about to close. It was 4:32 pm. I went in today, ask if she was having a better day, immediate attitude again. I'm going to have to guess that since I didn't tip on my previous visits, she doesn't want to serve me. For the life of me, I can't think of any reason I've gotten under her skin. Very rude and bad for business.
