  I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store thanks to Brittney, Amy, and Richard. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and ready to help. Brittney runs a great team everything was organized and efficient. Amy and Richard were both patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of.

  I stopped in here and, unfortunately, it was a pretty frustrating experience. The lines were quite long and it felt like things were moving very slowly, even though there were a few people working behind the counter. I didn't get much help with my questions, and the atmosphere was just a bit chaotic. I ended up leaving and deciding I'll try to find a different location next time I need to ship something.

  Service is usually pretty great at this location. My only issue is I came here first thing in the morning to drop off packages. I arrived at 7:50am sign says they open at 8:00am. It is now 8:20am and there are three of us standing outside waiting for it to open up. Update: it is now 8:40am and nobody has come to open up. About 6 or 7 customers have come and gone because they got tired of waiting.

  The 2 gentlemen that were working today <6/3/> ( im not good with names) were so pleasant and helpful! I visited 3 different times today and they helped me each time!!!

  This UPS location has failed to deliver my package twice now. I just showed up today to the actual location to pick up my package, and they have no ability to answer any questions as to where my package is. They gave me a number that leads nowhere and told me to call it. Not even a voicemail box. This location claims to have attempted to deliver my package twice, but I waited outside the entire time. No trucks came at all. I'm fed up. I'll just have to get a refund.
