  I went to this location to ship a package and realized that the scanner was unable to scan my QR code. I asked the woman working at the counter if she could print the shipping label for me, and she said that she could—she simply asked me to email it to her. I did exactly that. She printed the label, taped it to my package, and then proceeded to charge me a fee for receiving the email and printing the label. The issue is not necessarily that there was a fee; the issue is that I was never informed of the fee beforehand. It is completely unacceptable to offer a service to a customer, provide that service without disclosing that there is a charge, and then expect the customer to pay for it after the fact. When I questioned why I had not been told about the fee upfront, she initially just stared at me with a blank expression. When I asked again, she then claimed that she had told me there would be a charge. That is simply not true. Had I been informed that there was a fee to print the label, I would have had the opportunity to print the label myself elsewhere. Any fee should be clearly disclosed before the service is provided. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable, unprofessional, and just wrong!!

  The Maryland Farms UPS Store has gone above and beyond in their customer service. I left important documents in their store and they took the time to search for me and return them. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

  I needed it to return the Amazon staff and print the label. For 1 page 📃, they tried to charge $5, ridiculous; while other stores do it for free or $1-2. $5 per page; do not recommend using this location.

  Love this store! Employees are always so friendly. Pria helped me ship a dozen packages yesterday and she was so kind and helpful.
