  I had several packages to ship. Hajeen provided fast & friendly service with a smile. Nice to see an employee happy while at work.

  I want to commend 2 employees, Hajeen and Nikkie (not sure I’m spelling those correctly). There was a very rude and difficult customer in line ahead of me this morning and they handled the situation beautifully with grace and poise.

  Horrific service. Just needed help getting something printed quickly… took the store nearly 30-40 minutes to help service my request. Lady at the front was helpful, other gentleman was not. Printers broken and I was my stuff would be printed “soon” on the big printer… clearly not the case. Will not use their services again. I really hate writing bad reviews, but this was unacceptable.

  This crew makes this store where I bring all my online returns and snail mail drops. Once I had a card to write before sending and I wanted to decorate the envelope. Jaliel was so patient and let me step aside and get right back in line when I finished writing Bible verses on the envelope. He even complimented my efforts to give added love to the recipient of my gift. He had a couple tattoos that indicated he believed in the Bible and we encouraged each other! The owners, Malik and Anu are always on the side of the customers. They hire enough staff to keep lines flowing smoothly and, when I couldn't get my digital wallet to work, Anu covered the cost of two stamps for me so I could get on my way. When I brought a small token of thanks later in the month, she remembered me because we had talked about family and she smiles so big when she talks about her family. This is a family run store, through and through. One kind gentleman working there now, David, was so personable when I walked up to the counter and asked how his day was going. He said it was an especially busy day and there I came with a big mattress cover that needed to be "packed by customer" but my three boxes brought in we're all not quite big enough. He asked his co-worker if they could tape up the box where needed and the answer, to my relief, was YES! He proceeded to work with me - in a determined team effort - to get that big item in a little box. The line grew longer but we persisted, as did David's kindness. He was for the customer. Everyone here is! Hana always smiles and mentions the lollipops I brought for the staff once. Life is hard and often we are hurried in our errands, but it's stores like this one that make me glad to slow down and show kindness to strangers. You never know who can become a friend.
