  I had an incredible experience at this location thanks to Cenzie. I needed help with a business card printing project and Cenzie completely stepped up, went above and beyond, and handled everything perfectly.Instead of rushing me through. Cenzie was incredibly patient, professional, and took the extra time to ensure the printing layout and quality came out exactly how I wanted. The amazing customer service completely turned my day around. People like Cenzie are exactly why I will keep coming back to this Brentwood FedEx location. Highly recommend!

  Used this store to overnight my son’s keys to him. I asked what was best package to use and lady said the express envelope. I asked her if there was a chance they would get stolen cause it was obvious it was a set of keys. Yep , the package showed up the next morning and it was tore open at the top and no keys. Gonna cost us $1000ish to fix the issues this created. . I went to the store to ask for help reaching someone about my issue because I had called customer service 3 times. He told me nothing he could do to help me out. He could have cared less that clearly a fedex employee stole the keys and the guy delivered a damaged package. This is my 3rd delivery isssue with fedex in 1 year. I am now a UPS customer. I won’t ever give fedex another dollar.
