  Used this store to overnight my son’s keys to him. I asked what was best package to use and lady said the express envelope. I asked her if there was a chance they would get stolen cause it was obvious it was a set of keys. Yep , the package showed up the next morning and it was tore open at the top and no keys. Gonna cost us $1000ish to fix the issues this created. . I went to the store to ask for help reaching someone about my issue because I had called customer service 3 times. He told me nothing he could do to help me out. He could have cared less that clearly a fedex employee stole the keys and the guy delivered a damaged package. This is my 3rd delivery isssue with fedex in 1 year. I am now a UPS customer. I won’t ever give fedex another dollar.

  Cenzie & Michelle are absolutely amazing! They took my bride to be stress and turned it into a big relief! I was having formatting issues and Cenzie showed me exactly how to print everything I needed in color - and when they printed out massive! Michelle came and helped me fix the problem by suggesting the foam board backing. Wedding stress immediately resolved!! Thank you so much - wish I lived in the state so I could come here for all my printing needs! 🤍
