  Cenzie & Michelle are absolutely amazing! They took my bride to be stress and turned it into a big relief! I was having formatting issues and Cenzie showed me exactly how to print everything I needed in color - and when they printed out massive! Michelle came and helped me fix the problem by suggesting the foam board backing. Wedding stress immediately resolved!! Thank you so much - wish I lived in the state so I could come here for all my printing needs! 🤍

  Typical business practices these days. Phone is auto attendant in some other location. Order and pay online. Show up stand in line for 20 min before any of the 15 people standing around in the back will acknowledge your existence.. just to pick up something that is already done and laying in plain sight on the counter. So many people and so little customer service. This is what is wrong with businesses these days. Hate coming here.

  Phylecia is an amazing team player! Always wanting the best for customers! Store was closing and I was treated as if it was 9:am Lance was very nice too when we returned to the store another day.

  I had an oversized project at a do-it-yourself copy machine. I would not have been able to manage this job on my own. Phylecia was kind, patient, and generous with her time to assist me. She also recommended rubber bands before placing in the cylinder so it would be easy to take out (I hadn’t thought about the unraveling of paper inside the cylinder). I had a fabulous experience and the best ever at any FedEx office. Five stars!
