  The staff was very helpful. They didn't have the part I needed in stock,but one of the workers actually wrote down some phone numbers and some address to some places that might be able to help. He also showed me something to buy that helped fix my car temporally till I was able to get to hospital see my nephew and make the 2 and a half drive back home. The staff here at this store really care. I give them a 5 star rating! Thank u to the young man who helped me when me and my 70 year old mom needed it the most!

  I asked to have a battery tested to confirm it is the bad then replace it. The manager said because there was only two working at the time they couldn't look at it. There was only one other customer in the store and that customer was checking out. Very poor customer service in this store.

  I drove over with a battery that would not restart my car if stopped. Josh quickly and very politely helped me pick out a battery and change it out for me right in the parking lot. Thank you so much!

  Lee provided poor customer service when I attempted to return a brand-new item. Despite being a loyal, long-term customer, I received no assistance or flexibility regarding the return. The lack of support and professionalism was disappointing.

  Had what i wanted prices are high
