  The manager turned away our service dog just because he looks like a pitbull. Our service dog is an American Standard Bulldog. The manager here is nothing more than a dog hater.

  This subway absolutely sucks! For how high prices are here, there should be no reason I DoorDash and my kids pizza is still FROZEN when received. Not to mention they didn’t give me the right bread for 3/4 of the sandwiches. $80 wasted! Please go to a different location. This isn’t the only time this has happened, but I tried giving them another chance. Never again.

  I ordered through the app and picked up. This used to be a really good subway. They can't seem to make an order right these days. I'm not sure what part of chicken bacon ranch with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle calls for bbq on ONE side of the sandwich, NO ranch, NO lettuce, NO tomato, NO onion, NO pickle, and a giant glob of cheddar cheese sauce but that's what I got. Not to mention it was rolled so tight in the paper it looked like a soggy cold bread stick. I am a nonconfrontational person so I REALLY tried to eat it and not complain but it was so disgusting I actually had to hold back tears. No I'm not exaggerating. I wish I were. Will not be back to this location in the future. This was the last straw for me. I've over looked a lot of mismade orders here over the past few months because this is one of the few places in Blountville that I really enjoy eating at, especially on a hot day (it's relatively cheap and supposed to be made fresh) but I'm done after this. I may not return to ANY subway after this experience to be honest. But I would like to say the person that remade it was super nice. He was not the person who was there when we ordered.

  Came in and ordered a $9 sub. Cashier rings up the wrong thing twice. Ended up paying $16 for a cold cut sub. Don't recommend this place. And it wasn't worth arguing with the cashier over it. Will NOT be back.

  I ordered a 6inch Steak & Avocado. My husband went at 8:50p to pick up order and got home at 9p. My sandwich barely had anything on it. One scoop of avocado that you can't see, half moon tomatoes that looks like they were left over from all day, didn't have mayonnaise. Then when I call them to complain no answer. Paid almost $9 for my sandwich and absolutely not worth it.
