I visited this Subway location today. The food itself was fine, but the service experience was extremely disappointing. I originally tried placing my order online so I could use a reward deal, but the system would not allow me to complete the order. When I went into the store for help, I was told the online system was having issues and that I could just place the order in person instead. When I got to the register, I was told they would not honor my reward because the order was not placed online. Had I known that beforehand, I would not have placed the order at all. Since the issue was with the system and they know about the issue, I expected a little more understanding or accommodation.The overall customer service experience felt unfriendly and dismissive, especially considering the circumstances.

Charged me for a 20oz bottled drink, but now stocks 16oz drinks at the 20oz price. Rip off! Don’t go here!
edit: Gave 'em another chance, and boy that was a mistake. Ordered a sandwich that had been made with 20 slices of cold cuts for as long as I can remember. They made it with 12. Less cheese too. That sandwich used to cost $5.99 for a foot-long. Now it's almost ten bucks with about half as much meat. Subway is dead to me.

1st time for my son & I to go to this location. The staff was polite & friendly. They weren't rushing & they remembered to offer to warm up my sub. The turkey was delicious & my son enjoyed his ham sandwich. Definitely coming back!
