  Genuinely the rudest staff in all of Baxter. I’ve been here 20+ times and I’ve had 2 or 3 good experiences and the rest have been crap. They throw stuff around when you come in as if you’re inconveniencing them when it’s quite literally their job to make your sandwich. To top it off you can ask them a simple question and they snap back with the utmost attitude. I’d almost rather drive to cookeville or pay the extra $10 to have it doordashed just to avoid the anxiety of having another bad experience.

  I went to the store in Baxter TN and I have never had any employee be so rude to me except the employee with the the long spiky fingernails. I wish I would have gotten her name. When I first walked in,there was nobody behind me but when people started showing up she started waving her hand at me to hurry me up and I didn't like that. I was ordering two sandwiches so it was going to take me a minute or two to tell her what I wanted on them and apparently she didn't like that. And I couldn't hear her questions because she wasn't talking towards me and I had to keep asking her what she said and she replied in a very rude manner. I have never had a problem like this when I've gone in there. I thought it was exceptionally rude. If I ever go in there again and she is working there I will definitely ask for someone else to help me. If she doesn't like her job then maybe she should get another one

  I downloaded the subway app just to use at this subway n guess what its a SUBWAY RESTAURANT that DOES NOT HONOR THE SUBWAY APP!! That is absolutely ridiculous to me.. and why? Because Loves owns Subway. The worker was fine the food was fine. My complaint is I went there strictly to use the app and get a deal. When i was checking out, After the food is made, that is when I found out I could not use the app.
