  I walked in to a lady placing an order. When it was my time the manager came and said online orders only. People behind me whom seemingly didn’t have a phone, was told the same thing. I watched several people be turned away because they wouldn’t take their orders. He stated he didn’t have enough staff but he himself was sitting down on the phone. One of the reasons, i perfer to cook at home more than often:

  Wingstop Winchester gets 5 stars! 🌟 The wings were freshly fried and tasty. The customer service was phenomenal! I will be a recurring customer.

  I didn't eat at this establishment. However, I also choose not to eat at a food restaurant where they allow dogs in their place of business. I'm GLAD I don't live in that area. NASTY...

  Been on hold with them For 20 minutes to try and get somebody on the phone. This is terrible business and not the first time I’ve had issues with this company. Is this how yall run a business??
